The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legal Acts" (re the Simplification of the Scrutiny Order of Issues on Aid Allotment to the Families of Perished People)

The law implements that the natural person might be announced perished after one month of the completion of the works of the special committee formed as a result of the emergency situation of technological or natural disaster.

The corresponding Bill is registered under №1140.
