The Committee on legislative Support
of Law Enforcement recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a basis the Bill
of the Law on Amendments to the article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The Bill (Reg.№3225) introduced by the people´s Deputy V. Grytsak, envisages the implementation of the criminal liability for the "implementation the supervision for the juridical person or its assets".
The Members of the committee upholds the Bill the adoption of which according to them would facilitate the improvement of the mechanism of the criminal-legal counteraction to the raiders.
