Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.4561), nine local duties and four national taxes and duties shall be cancelled since 1 July 2009.
The Committee members stated that the said duties were actually not administered at present.
The Bill also envisages that new market and fair duties will be introduced on 1 January 2010; a municipal tax will be cancelled on 1 January 2011; the tourist charge will substitute the resort duty; the base of advertising taxation will be enhanced.
However, the People´s Deputies believe that the document should be further drafted with account taken of the Bill on Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine (Reg. No. 2709).
