The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Access to the Public Information

The Bill (Reg.№2763) envisages the order of the access to the public information that is in possession of the subjects of power authorities and other disponents.

According to the Bill, the Public information is "information that is that is in possession of the subjects of power authorities and other disponents of public information, determined by this law and information that is of social interest etc.
