According to the Resolution it is recommended
that the Cabinet of Ministers should take measures in order to stop the
monitoring control by the corresponding services of the executive power bodies
and state institutions for the mass media during the hustings in year 2009.
It is also recommended that the State Tax Inspectorate, National Council of Ukraine on the Matters of Television and Radio Broadcasting should cancel the schedules of inspections of television organizations during the Period of hustings before the Elections of the President of Ukraine.
The Resolution comes into force with the beginning of the hustings before the President´s Elections.
