The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Amendments to the Law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" (re the Diminution of the World Economic Crisis Negative Influence on the Activity of Electronic Media in Ukraine)

The Bill (Reg.№4480) recommends the legislative regulation of the issue on implementation of the charge rate on the issuance and prolonging of the licenses terms on the broadcasting and licenses of the provider of the program service.
