The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 17 of the Law "On the High Council of Justice" (re Procedure of Oath-Taking)

Pursuant to the Law, a new version of Part 1, Clause 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On the High Council of Justice" does not envisage the period for the oath to be taken by the member of the High Council of Justice before The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.4375.
