The Bill (Reg. No.3676) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers enhances effective legislation on the housing rights of orphans and children deprived of parental care, specifies the procedure of the housing and social housing registration, the procedure of receipt of housing by the said categories of children.

The Committee upholds the legislative initiative, as it enhances protection of the housing rights of orphans and children deprived of parental care.
