The Bill (Reg.№4502) envisages the reduction from the 6 to 3 months the term of the moratorium for the agreement of claims of creditors during the temporary administration and prohibits the spreading of the moratorium on the claims of the natural persons concerning the disbursement according to the contracts on the deposits of the bank.
