The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Protection of Citizens' Labour Rights" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.4396) introduces amendments to Clause 11 of the Law "On Executive Proceedings", pursuant to which, "executive proceedings instituted on the grounds envisaged by Paragraph 15 of Part 1 of this Clause shall not be terminated after the resolution concerning payment of wages and other payments due to the employee in connection with labour relations".
