The Bill (Reg.№3668) envisages the implementation of the moratorium till the 1st of January 2011 on the state supervision conduction for the enumerated subjects in the sphere of their economic activity on the part of bodies of state power and local-self-governing or officials.
The members of the Committee deem that the implementation of moratorium on state supervision (control) in the field of entrepreneurship would facilitate the formation of the necessary conditions for entrepreneurship activity, detection of the administrative pressure and preserving of the small entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
