The Bill (Reg.№2650) envisages the determining of the order of filling of and scrutiny of the appeals of the citizens to the bodies of the state power and local self-governing, their officials etc.
During the discussion the members of the Committee expressed the necessity of the elaboration of the Law still expressed a number of the remarks concerning the suggested amendments. In Particular it was stressed that the Bill should strictly define the peculiarities of the filing of and scrutiny of the online appeals taking into account the peculiarities of the information share within the online form.
