The verkhovna Rada of Ukraine jas adopted as a Basis the Bill "On Amendments to certain Legal Acts of Ukraine (re the Simplification of the Order of the Receiving of the Rights on Land)"

The Bill (Reg.№4430) envisages the simplification of the order of receiving by natural and physical persons the property right on the use of land areas of the state and public property.

The corresponding amendments are supposed to be introduced to the Laws "On Land Lease", "On State Expertise of Land Documentation", and "On Evaluation of Lands".
