The Bill (Reg. No.3639) supplements Article 51 of the Criminal Code with the part, pursuant to which, the courts are authorized to scrutinize the issue concerning deprivation of persons who committed grave and especially grave crimes of State decorations, and submit relevant appeals to the President of Ukraine.
