The Committee on European Integration recognized a Number of Bills as such that comply with the Legislation of the European Union and Ukraine's Commitments within the Scope of the Council of Europe

Thus, the Committee members scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to Article 242 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (re Legal Representation) (Reg. No.3317).

The Committee members stated that regulations of the Bill complied with the general principles of protection of child´s interests as stated in the international documents.

The Committee also considers the Bill on Inland Water Transport (Reg. No.4319) as such that complies with the legislation of the European Union.
