People´s Deputy I.Kalietnik, the author of the Bill (Reg. No.4583), declared that "the State has not received due budget revenue in the especially big amount, more than 1 billion UAH, owing to the creation of non-transparent schemes and illegal facilitation to certain enterprises on the part of the Minister of Justice".
The Committee members came to the conclusion that the actions of M.Onishchuk, Minister of Justice, violated the oath given on the day of his appointment, made it impossible for him to hold the current office and required immediate actions to ensure his dismissal.
