It is for the second time that the Committee holds the open hearings of the stated topic (the previous hearings were held on 3 September 2008). Volodymyr Polokhalo, Committee Chairman, stated that after the publication of the White Book "Intellectual Property in the Innovation Economy of Ukraine", the White Book-2 was published and aroused great interest in the society.
The Committee elaborated draft guidelines that include all the proposals and remarks expressed at the hearings.
