The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Article 176 of the Land Code of Ukraine" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.3038) introduces amendments to Article 176 of the Land Code of Ukraine concerning certification of the administrative-territorial units. The amendments specify the contents of the State act at the boundaries of an administrative-territorial unit, determine the documents to be attached to the State act, and define the procedure of its signing and issue to the administrative-territorial unit.
