The Bill (Reg.№4581) envisages that in order to simplify the start of a business, the demands to the statute capital of economic enterprises should be decreased to the statute capital of economic companies and decrease the quantity of the economic activity types under licensing and for the improvement of the documents allotment of the licensing type, the general terms to the and mechanisms of allotment should be implemented.
