The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Organization and Holding of Peaceful Meetings" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2450) regulates the procedure of realization of the citizens´ constitutional right for peaceful meetings, determines the procedure of preparation and holding of the peaceful meetings envisaged by Part 1 of Clause 39 of the Constitution of Ukraine (meetings, marches, demonstrations).
