The Bill (Reg. No. 2638) coordinates regulations of legislative acts appertaining to factoring (relevant regulations of the Economic and Civil Codes of Ukraine, the Laws "On Financial Services and State Regulation of Financial Services Markets" and "On Banks and Banking").
