Pursuant to the Law, the minors who were conscripted or voluntarily enrolled to the Soviet Army and Navy in the period of military conscription of 1941-1945 and were disabled due to the general illness or illness acquired in the time of military service or service in the internal affairs, security bodies or other military units are granted the status of a disabled person.
The Law comes into force on 1 January 2010.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.4080.
