The Law improves mechanisms of State support of Ukrainian agriculture, especially, agrarian interventions and granting of State budget loans.
The Law envisages establishment of the State Intervention Fund, which "is formed by the Agrarian Fund at the expense of financial interventions and pledge purchases and performs trade interventions in order to secure stability of the price".
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2375.
