The Bill (Reg.№3453) envisages the adjusting of the principles of the Law "On National Council of Ukraine on Matters of Television and Radio Broadcasting" to the Law "On Basis of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity".
According to the Bill, "National Council according to its authorities adopts the regulatory acts as well as normative-legal act and other acts of individual acting."
The People´s Deputies took into the consideration the amendments according to which "regulatory and other normative-legal acts should go through all the stages of adoption and order of their announcing determined by the Law of Ukraine "On Basis of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity"
