The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to certain Codes of Ukraine" (re Joint Ownership of Land) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2697) introduces amendments to the Land and Family Codes of Ukraine appertaining to the joint ownership of a land plot. According to the amendments, the State and territorial communities shall refer to the subjects of joint ownership of land, apart from the individuals and legal entities.
