The Bill specifies authorities, functions and asks of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in particular its coordinative role concerning the activity of the central and local bodies of the executive power, local self-governing bodies regarding the conduction of the final part of the Championship. According to the Bill, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine coordinates the elaboration and introduction of the amendments to the General Plan and Infrastructure, supervises the implementation of the preparation for the championship.
The document contains the principles of the functions of the central and local bodies of the executive power, bodies of local self-governing concerning the elaboration, adoption and implementation of the task on organization of the final part of Euro 2012. It also determines the basis of cooperation with UEFA and FFU regarding the implementation of obligations and guarantees determined by the contract.
It is planed to envisage that the Law comes into force from the date of publishing except item 6 of the article 15 that comes into force from the 1st of January 2011. The Law loses force on the 1st of September 2012.
