The Bill declares that the participants of the parliamentary hearing emphasized that the sphere of health protection in Ukraine lost the state authority and is in the miserable situation. Still the great changes might be received only through the systematic reformation and complex legally approved transition of the heath protection on the budget-insurance medicine model.
Such approach would provide the 5% from GDP increase of the budget financing of the sphere and in general would have positive impact on the whole health protection complex.
The participants of the hearings declared that the adoption of the Law "On Financing Health Protection and Medical Insurance in Ukraine" should start reforms in this sphere in Ukraine.
