The Verkhovna Rada has adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Elections of the President of Ukraine" (re the Restriction in the Election Propaganda Conducting)

The Bill (Reg.№3529) envisages for the candidates on the post of the President of Ukraine, that occupy the posts in the state power bodies or in local self-governing bodies, on state or public enterprises, in military institutions the implementation of the prohibition on the attraction to the election propaganda not only dependent people but the chairmen or officials of state power bodies of lower rate official that are subordinated to them.
