Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has sent the Telegram of Condolence to the Chairman of the National Council of Bulgaria Republic, Georgiy Pyrynskiy because of the Death of People in Car Accident

"Ukrainian Parliamentarians share the deep grief of the Bulgarian People because of the numerous human loss in the terrible car accident near the Yambol city", - the telegram states.

On the part of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and on my part personally express sincere condolence to the relatives and family of perished people and wish sooner recovering for the damaged.
