The Committee members approved the comparative table to the Bill (Reg. No.1389), taking into account the motions and remarks of the People´s Deputies.

The Committee members received 13 amendments, while drafting the Bill for the Second Reading; 6 amendments were taken into account, 5 were rejected.

They believe that adoption of the Bill will coordinate legislation on labour protection with the basic principles of State policy in the field of economic activity. It will also secure implementation of the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of citizens´ right for proper, safe and healthy conditions of labour.
