Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has met in Friday the Group of the Deputies of the Local Council and Representatives of the Public Organizations of Khmelnytsk Region
During the discussion, the role of the representative power in the regions during the economic crisis was discussed. The problems existing in relations with the power institutions were discussed as well as the political situation in whole Ukraine.
According to V. Lytvyn, among the workers of the power bodies exist "the filing of insufficient legitimacy" caused by the quote partial principle of the power formation. "Having no possession of the professional qualities and necessary experience, the officials restrict their activity to the proclaiming of reforms, critics concerning the predecessor and searching for the enemies", V. Lytvyn announced.
Representatives of the Deputies Corpus of Khmelnytsk Region touched upon the issue of he necessity of the amendments to the Laws of Ukraine "On Local; Self-Governing in Ukraine", "On Elections of the Deputies of the City, Village Mayors" and legislative regulation of the issue on public property.
