The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to Article 63 of the Law "On Pension Provision of Persons dismissed from the Military Service, and certain other Categories of Population" (re State Safeguards) as a Basis

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.1390), the rates of pensions of the military servicemen dismissed from the military service that were re-calculated due to the changes in the rate of at least one type of financial assistance or due to introduction of new types of monthly financial aid, shall not be lower than the rates previously established.
