The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a Basis the Bill of the Law "On Amendments to certain Legal Acts of Ukraine concerning the simplification of the Mechanism of the State Registration of the Market Participants Stoppage"

The Bill (Reg.№4286) envisages the simplified procedure of the registration by the State Register the stoppage of the market participants under the authority its resolution upon it and under the authority of the corresponding judicial acts (except bankruptcy).
