The Bill (Reg.№4324) envisages the Amendments to the Code of Administrative Court Procedure and implementation of the automated system of paperwork documentation control in administrative courts.

The general tasks of such system would be: objective and unprejudiced division of the cases among judges; assignment to the juridical and natural persons of the information on the state of scrutiny cases concerning them; centralized keeping of the texts of juridical acts, court determinations and other procedural documents; preparation of the statistics data etc.
