The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Public Associations" (re Names of Public Associations) as a Basis

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3312), a name of a public association shall not contain word-combinations similar to the names of authority or local self-government bodies (their structural units) or such that create an impression of their affinity to the said bodies.
