The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Libraries and Library Activity"

The Law improves the legal regulation of the public relations in the sphere of library activity. In particular, the notional and terminological apparatus is specified, the order of the formation of the library funds, regulations issue concerning the professional education, attestation and increase of the qualification of the library personnel etc.

The corresponding Bill is registered under №3077.
