The Situation in the Coal Sphere is scrutinized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine after the Elaboration of this Issue by the Profile Committees of the Parliament
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would scrutinize the situation in the coal sphere of the state in particular concerning the coal mining.
The Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Industrial Policy, Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety and Housing and Public Utility Complex are charged with the discussion of the problem and elaboration of proposition to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. In what format and when the issue would be scrutinized in the Verkhovna Rada would be decided of the sitting of conciliation Council.
The situation concerning the formation of two Temporary Panels concerning the investigation of the conflict with Minister of Internal Affairs, Yu. Lutsenko. Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolved to sign both resolutions on the formation of two Panels "with all the consequences".
The committees discussed the Bill of the Resolution suggested by V. Lytvyn concerning the date of the Presidents Elections according to which it should be held on the 17th of January 2010.
The decision not to change the schedule of the Parliament work was adopted.
