The Bill introduces the amendments to the articles 107 and 238 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infraction with the aim of the further improvement of the state regulation in the sphere.
According to the Bill "state bodies of the veterinary medicine, subdivisions of the veterinary police on the quarantine actions of the Ministry on Internal Affairs of Ukraine scrutinize the administrative violations concerning the violation of the quarantine rules regarding animals and other veterinary-sanitarian norms".
The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada under №2609.
