The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Economic Law Companies" (re the Non-proliferation of Effect of Restriction of Quantity of Participants on the Existing and Registered LLC)

The legislative act introduces the amendments to the effective law through the principles according to which to the LLC formed until the Law "On Amendments and Recognition as those that lost the Force of certain legislative acts of Ukraine as a result of the Civil Code Adoption" the norms according to which the maximum quantity of the participants of LLC should not be more than 10 people should not be implemented.

The corresponding Bill is registered under №2081.
