The Committee recognized as such that do not contradict with the Law of EU the bill on Amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on excise duty (Reg.№4339).
It was mentioned that the Bill is aimed at the implementation of the only approach to the taxation of alcoholic drinks and extra income to the Budget.
The Members of the Committee stressed that the rates of the excise duty on spirits and tobacco goods, that is "principles of the Bill are considerably closed the rates of excise duty in indicated goods in European Union".
The Committee recognized as such that do not contradict with the Law of EU the bill of the Law on Amendments to law of Ukraine "On Certain Issues on Import on the Territory of Ukraine and Registration of the Vehicles" (Reg.№4386), that is aimed at the adaptation to the current condition of finance economic crisis the mechanism of implementation of international ecologic demands to the vehicles. In particular, the principles of the Bill concern the ecologic standards EURO-3, EURO-4, EURO-5.
