The Committee scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Electric Power Engineering" (re Enhancement of Legislation on Electric Power Engineering concerning Determination and Delineation of Responsibility of Subjects) (Reg. No.4131). The Bill defines the terms of responsibility of electric power engineering subjects and consumers of electricity in case the power supply is interrupted or the electricity of inadequate quality is supplied.
The Committee also recognized the Bill on Amendments to the Forestry Code of Ukraine in view of Adoption of the Law "On Licensing System in the Field of Economic Activity" (Reg. No. 3578) as such that complies with the EU legislation.
