The Bill (Reg. No.4396) introduces amendments to Article 11 of the Law "On Executive Proceedings", pursuant to which, "executive proceedings on the grounds envisaged by Paragraph 15, Part 1 of the said Article shall not be terminated due to the resolution concerning payment of wages and other payments incumbent on an employee in view of labour relations".
Moreover, the Bill amends Article 3 of the Law "On Actions to be taken to secure Stable Operation of the Fuel and Energy Complex Enterprises".
The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will give a possibility to lift a moratorium imposed on the institution of executive proceedings regarding the said enterprises in case resolutions on recovery of wages and other payments are implemented.
