In particular, the Bill on amendments to the Law "On Elections of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine" (re the improvement of certain principles), Reg.№3150, introduced by the People´s Deputies A. Portonov and V. Lavrynovychem envisages the lections in two ballots. The first round envisages that the parties overcome the 35 rate and that the People´s deputies would take part in mandates division. In second round two parties or blocs that have the majority of voices would take part. The party that would win the second round would receive 226 mandates and the rest of mandates would be divided among the winners of the first tour.

According to the Bill "On Elections of the People´s Deputies", Reg.№3468, suggested by the People´s Deputy Yu. Klyuchkovskiy the personified voting should be implemented ("open" candidate register).

19 regional voting districts should be formed. The parties must represent in each voting district not less then 10 and not more than 25 candidates. Moreover, the party should form the whole state election register with not less than 50 and more then 100 candidates.

The Authors of the Bill on amendments to the Law "On Elections of the People´s Deputies" (concerning the voting and results of it), Reg.№ 3210, People´s Deputies V. Stretovych and V. Marushchenko recommend that the elections should be held according to the propositional preferential system in multicandidate whole state voting district, divided into 27 voting districts and candidates should be elected according t o two election registers (whole state and territorial one).

Candidate "that is present in the territorial voting register can be present as well in the whole party register under any number except first 5".

According to People´s Deputy I. Kril, the author of the Bill of the Law "On Elections of the People´s Deputies of Ukraine" (concerning the implementation of the voting system with "open" register), Reg.№3209, the elections should be held according to the proportional system with the election of the deputies in multicandidate voting district with the open voting registers of the candidates.

According to the Bill it is also presupposed that the voting register of the party would be formed by the congress of the party and would consist of two parts (general and common).

Authors of the Bill of the Law "On Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Elections", reg.№3366, People´s Deputies V. Kaskiv, Yu. Miroshnuchenko, A. Shevchenko, E. Suslov suggest that "the elections should be held according to the proportional representation electoral system in multicandidate territorial and in state compulsory voting districts". The Bill envisages 2%rate during the voting.

According to the authors the total quantity of candidates form one party in one state compulsory voting district should not be more than 450 people.

The Members of the Committee plan to scrutinize the represented Bills in order to form unified Voting Code of Ukraine.
