The Resolution was drafted to create conditions for the realization of the State policy in the field of reduction and gradual suspension of use of phosphate-based detergents that cause eutrophication of water basins of Ukraine and bear negative influence upon the human health and environmental natural systems.
Pursuant to the Draft Resolution (Reg. No.3161), the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is commissioned to initiate, elaborate and bring forward the Draft National Program in the said field in order to propose a complex of coordinated and mutually connected nature-protection, legal, economic, organizational-technical and other actions.
