The Bill of the Resolution (Reg.№2706) envisages the investigation
of the circumstances and facts of the illegal land allotment and corruption of
the representatives of executive power, express a note of no confidence to them
and appeal to the President of Ukraine concerning the dismissal of the
mentioned about officials.
The Members of the Committee declared that the bill contradicts with the article 118 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Moreover according to the Constitution of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has no authority to express the note of non-confidence.
