The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratified the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks

The Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks was drafted to codify current tendencies in the protection of intellectual property.

The Treaty is supplemented by the Statements concerning the law of trademarks that regulate any administrative requirements, issues or procedures regarding the Treaty, and include Typical international message forms.

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.0123.
