Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary that the Parliament and the Government hold a joint legal examination of decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning balancing of budgets of the Pension Fund and "Naftohaz Ukrainy" NJSC on their promulgation, and determine the resolutions requiring legislative support.

Moreover, the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine conceded that the effect of the Resolutions could be suspended in legal form.
