Verkhovna Rada has adopted as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning the Supply to Disabled of Cars

The Bill (Reg.№2740) envisages the amendments to certain legislative acts of social bent aiming at regulation of the regulations concerning the cars allotment. In particular it is recommended that the united terminology should be introduced to the mechanism of the vehicle allotment etc.

Moreover, the Bill envisages the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the authority top determines the rules and conditions of the car transference.
