The President´s veto on the following Laws was overridden:
"On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Power Engineering";
"On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Authorities of the Constitutional Court, Institution of Constitutional Proceedings and Abuse of the Right for a Constitutional Appeal".
The following Laws were adopted as a basis:
"On Amendments to Article 25 of the Law "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons";
"On Amendments to the Law "On Protection of People from the Influence of Ionizing Radiation";
"On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Activity of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine or recognizing them as Invalid";
"On Prevention of AIDS and Social Protection of Population";
"On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re Structure of the Tax Police and Social Protection of its Employees);
On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine (re Mission Trips of Military Servicemen to the Public Authority Bodies and Institutions);
"On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (re Maintenance and Modernization of Armaments and Military Equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine);
"On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in view of Adoption of the Law "On Freedom of Movement and Free Choice of Place of Residence in Ukraine";
"On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Federal Republic of Brazil on Scientific and Technical Cooperation"
"On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Federal Republic of Brazil on Scientific and Technical Cooperation;
"On Ratification of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks";
"On Ratification of the Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe concerning the OSCE-Ukraine Project on Utilization of Melange Stock (a Component of Liquid Propellant).
The following Resolutions were adopted:
"On Celebration of the 64th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War";
"On Amendments to the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On setting a Moratorium on Eviction of Editorial Offices of Mass Media, Cultural Institutions (Libraries, Editorial Offices, Book Shops, Book Distribution Enterprises)";
"On Actions to be taken to preserve the Monuments of Cultural Heritage of "Palanok" Castle";
"On holding of the Parliamentary Hearings "On Social, Medical and Pension Provision of War Veterans and Celebration of the 65th Anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945";
"On Guidelines of the Parliamentary Hearings on the Topic "On Organization and Holding of the Final Part of the European Football Championship in Ukraine".
A number of Bills were not included into the agenda, adopted at the First Reading, forwarded for repeated Readings.
