The Bill (Reg.№4126) envisages the regulation of the
public relations in the sphere of producing, selling use of the sowing material
and control during its proceeding and also the improvement of the legislative
basis and strengthening of the responsibility of its participants for the intellectual
property is recommended.
The members of the committee declared that the principles of the bill are not implemented to the forest sowing material and ornamental plants that are controlled by the Law "On seeds and sowing material".
